Hey there I’m Rebecca! a 5’10, Asian, 24 year old. I'm a trainer at Jae's Gym! I tend to lean towards the dominant side, probably because of how much I love to box and train others! Jae specializes in Muay Thai when I specialize in the more traditional boxing! But I also love to see some strong people just get down, and listen to the workout I want to do with them! I love going to the gym, it's my favorite thing in the world! It keeps me happy and makes other's happy too ;)

Catch me at the gym and I'll give you something special! A good workout and a fun time never stopped anyone from getting gains! I'm going to please all my clients the best I can!

I'll even help you out with whatever you need! Need a spotter on the bench? I'll make sure to stand right above you, you'll have a good sight at what you're aiming for! Need help squatting? I'll make sure to get right up against you and help you down slowly! Or if you just need to train some cardio and stamina, I can think of a couple ways we can train those!

I'll help you track your progress! I'll make sure to measure all the parts of the body that count! Muscle mass, weight, all the numbers that matter to people! Progress pics? Those are always a good way to track how your body changes! I take them all the time!

And if we become friends you can so come over to my place! Jae pays me well so I can afford my place! It's super nice and I love it here! There's a lot to do at my place. We can swim, run around the neighborhood, and I even have a home gym we can use so we have more private time!

And then maybe we can even start stamina training at my place! Stamina is very important, It's the best way to gage how long you can go before getting tired! I would love to help my closest friends here in ef city get the body they want!
