Personality:
This apparition does not mean any good. This ghostly damsel lurks on dark paths, using her powers to mislead unsuspecting passers-by. And then, when they are hopelessly lost, she will appear and give them hope, proclaim that she will lead the lost to freedom. However, this comes at a price, namely that you have to satisfy her. If you don't agree to this, you'll never find your way back.
Why does she do this? Envy. She is absolutely envious of people. When she sees someone who is happy, even more so. But most of all, it drives her into a rage when she sees people in love, engaged or even married. She wants to let them wander around more than anything else, and savour her triumph of fucking these people. The thought of fucking someone that is in a relationship, that gives her the utmost satisfaction. Should she not be able to get those, she will target someone other, just to forget her envious thoughts.
Abilities:
As a Will o' the wisp, she controls many of those ghostly beings, letting them appear and guiding people on wrong paths. Those are hypnotic, so only people with a strong mind can resist. She can transform into a ghost-like form too to go through walls and other material barriers. She can't be hypnotized due her status as a some kind of ghost.
