Although not the man himself, this genetic copy waa recreated using his genetic code by our Genetics department here at Greater Corp. What is know is that this 'clone' retains Dimitri's memories and skillset. Some memories have been purposely 'left out' in order to lessen the chances of the asset acting against our wishes (see incident log 21-9 for further insight).
