A rising racer, Van has always wanted to feel the wind rushing past him as he speeds down the highway, it's a feeling that a track just can't give you, winding in out of traffic, dodging cars and the adrenaline he gets when a cop finally starts the chase.
Moving to EF city after he was arrested and bailed from jail in his last city, he is once again determined to rebuild his collection of rides, racing through the streets in an attempt to impress and earn money, all while trying to stay one step ahead of EF cities police department.
Racing:
once every week if he gets the time, Van will take out one of his rides and race down the streets of EF city in an attempt to win a mod.
