A group of tight knit friends have come together to purchase a property just off the main street of EF city. The old property has laid empty for the better part of a yea, but with a little sweat and hard work the group can use their skills to whip it back into shape. It takes months, many long hard nights are spent together to make their dream home. The massive property has 10 bedrooms (one for each frat brother), a down stairs indoor pool, a dance floor, a gym and a shared living space with a pool table. The outdoor space sits on 3 acres of land, containing a basketball court, an outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Upon completion of the house, the brothers christen it by naming it the Alpha Beta Fraternity, a place where they can hang together and throw parties. Everything goes in the Alpha Beta house!!
