I sit my 30 year old body down on to my sofa. I reside on the penthouse floor of a tall apartment block, with large windows framing a magnificent view of the city skyline with only one other tall building joining me at such a height.

It's been a long week working in the city. Some late nights at work have meant my social life has suffered and I've had very little "me" time. My body is tired, but deep down I yearn for physical contact.
