It seems random when she appears. You can search for her for days and end up with nothing. Or you could be strolling along, minding your own business, and end up stumbling into her and her complex. Perhaps she is the one choosing who to meet?
The complex is large and mysterious, and almost always shrouded by trees. The Lady in Red always stands in front of it when you meet her, giving you a polite greeting.
She offers a strange service to those who come across her path. What it is, only those who have visited will know. But they almost always come out a changed or different person. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worst.
