Cum First Loses: Whenever an Action is played where you get Cum Overdrive, you have to rub/stroke yourself for 30 seconds.
If you get hit with more than Two Cum Overdrive Points in a turn that isn't Cum Tests: + 30 seconds added to the penalty.
For a Cum Test: + 30 seconds.
If you Cum in game: + 30 seconds.
When you are out of Life Points: + 30 seconds penalty.
Penalties can stack.
If a match ends with no one cumming IRL: Restart/Continue (depends on both of your preference) but all penalties are changed to + 45 seconds.
Custom Mode: change all penalties into a random beat command
