Not much has been heard of the warden or the compound the last couple years. But we’ve been very, very busy. It takes time to install cells and bars capable of holding superheroines, and mind control strong enough to disable the telepaths.
Now those cells are filling up again. There’s a spark in the Warden’s eyes that hasn’t been seen in years. They say he takes a special pleasure in putting the dampening collars on the heroes - that first powerless punch, when she realizes she’s gone from city savior to helpless plaything. Teammates often share cells - and when he’s in the mood, they share machines, too.
Look out, EF City heroines. The Warden is back.

Optional Superhero Rules!
Disheartening: he told you you’d be helpless and fucked, and now you are. When you are fucked in a prone, pinned or bound position, roll a d6. On a 1-4, you are unable to take an aggressive action back (ideally in the discretion of the players, but if you need a technical hook, anything coded “female domination”).
The Rope Must Be Defective: The Warden is shocked when people break out of bondage quickly. If you break out of bondage on the first or second roll, he can only take an energy recharge action.
Early Capture (works on both players): The compound is famous for restraining its residents in fucking machines that quickly and repeatedly bring them to orgasm. If a move not only binds you but uses any kind of mechanical stimulation on you, you have five chances to escape. If you can't escape within five moves, you are brought to instant orgasm, and surrender. Note: a 1 counts as two failures.
