An autocratic empire that maintains stability with an iron fist, the Wanton Dominion is an uneasy neighbor to anyone. Their citizens are known for a cultish devotion to their supposedly divine ruler. There is a strict hierarchy maintained in the dominion, and slavery is common, and usually sexual.
They are also know to make demands of tribute or conduct frequent raids on their neighbors for power and slaves but will nevertheless form agreements and alliances with others as long as it is to their mutual benefit. Opposing the dominion can have severe consequences. Those who are lucky are simply enslaved. Others who are brought to the dungeons below the palace almost always return changed...
The leadership of the dominion is similarly hierarchical, starting from the Empress Ellika, and on to her most important advisors.

God-Empress Ellika
As Empress of the dominion, and supposed divinity with a hand in creation of the world, she is known for her arrogance and authority. She commands legions of followers, their devotion making her power even greater.

Vanessa, long time rival turned trusted leader to the Empress. Devotion, loving, sensual, and practical; the sex sergeant of the crown will try her best to make you melt with her words and thoughts. The Lady of Light came to assert her power over the Empress and the Dominion. In a difficult battle, she brought all her powers of magic, subterfuge, and physical endurance to bear. However, in the end the Empress defeated her in front of the citizens of both empires, cementing the Lady's new position as Ellika's maid, by parading her humiliation publicly. Known now as the Empress' butt slut, enforced visibly by the chastity belt she was forced to wear. Now she and her realm serve at the bidding of the Empress.
